…that anxiety is one of the most challenging emotions to get a hold of in young children (and probably so many of us adults!)?
As we know, anxiety presents itself differently for every person but having the right tools and strategies can make a huge difference for them overcoming it. Special Mom Advocate has put together this amazing list of activities you can do to help your child navigate their anxieties. They are as simple as blowing bubbles and as complex as drawing out what you’re anxious about. Be sure to practice these with your children when they are feeling calm and comfortable so when they are feeling anxious, they don’t have to learn something new in the moment.
